Manek started. Looked really good. With Doo out I don't see how he won't start. Shep and Muni have great chemistry. Loved the intensity and overall defense. Nobody shot the ball well but that had a lot to do with the defense.

I was impressed with the practice. Agreed that he looks much more polished offensively and aggressive than last year. I liked the tempo of the team. Looks like we may be pretty quick this year. Odomes did look like he might have done something really minor to his leg for a bit. Was favoring 1 leg slightly, but it did not look serious at all.

Really glad these are open to the public. If you live in the OKC / Norman area, you should go sometime.

I'm sure a lot of the basketball players are going to the OU / Texas game. They have an early practice on Friday so they can go party with the other students. I don't blame them. It's a fun weekend for all.
