Scott Drew crow-eating banquet

Drew or this board?

I think Drew has done a good job in his Baylor career.

He'$ definitely had a lot so $ucce$$ a$ far a$ a head coach at Baylor can. Much better than they've ever been.

I don't have a problem with drew. He has done a great job at Baylor. He isn't a very good in game coach but he can reel in talent. Cheater? Absolutely.

My comment was kind of tongue in cheek. He's done a good job. If you consider football and men's and women's basketball to be the premier sports at BU, he's probably the coach with the most integrity of the three.

It seems that you are saying that he is only a thief, whereas that is the least of the offenses of the others.

When he took over he moved pretty quickly to fill his staff with a couple of guys who talked a big "God first" game but we're NOTORIOUS cheaters before they ever even got to Baylor.

Drew has done a good job at Baylor but I don't believe for a second that he and his staff don't outright cheat while preaching the gospel from the other side of their mouth.

GASP - you mean they are proponents of the "I'm saved so anything I do is forgiven no matter how awful it is????" theology?

While Drew will never be confused with Wooden or Dean Smith, I do think he has evolved into a better coach....and he deserves some credit. He recruits/pays guys that fit into his system. But the stench of Baylor athletics will always be on him.
