I was happy to see Christian James play so well.

I like it. Shows them how hard they need to work, still. I get the feeling some, including Young, thought they'd be world beaters just because they added Young. Again, I think this was a good result.

funny, I just got an instagram update...couple of big dunks, floater by Young...looking at those I thought we won and played GREAT....lol..ah well.

I'm sure this will help bring them down to earth a bit to work on some things.

My biggest worry going in to this year was that losing became "contagious" last year, and it affected the team's psyche altogether. We need to win those early "toss up" games so that the team can get their confidence back. It doesn't look like it will be that easy. That said, if Coach Kruger got a lot of material out of that scrimmage, it should help the team more than if they scrimmaged against a weak opponent.
