I'm going to assume everyone is just being sarcastic about Self tanking it against his alma mater. I'd like to think our fan base has some intelligence when it comes to college basketball. KU played an uninspired game after clinching at least a share of their 10th straight conference title...nothing more, nothing less. It happens...to every coach on the planet. It happened to Coach Kruger in a recent home game against Texas Tech. I doubt he felt sorry for the Red Raiders coming into the game.

Exactly my thought while watching the game and seeing Self just watching it happen.

C'mon man. This theory might be the most absurd thing I've heard on this board. Sounds like something you would see on orange power

I'm almost convinced during Self's flirtation with OsU before resigning with Kansas he had it written in his contract that he could lose once a year to OsU without any repercussions.
