Why is it Saturday?

Maybe some player's families couldn't come to town for a mid-week game. Or mabye they just liked the idea of having Senior Day for the men and women on the same day.

I do not know the logic or reason, but I really like the idea of having it on Saturday, when there should be a bigger crowd there to support the team and the seniors.

This likely has something to do with it:

Proactive. Not doing it the same way just because that is the way it has always been done.

Well, dang. Part of the reason I am going to Wednesday's game was b/c I thought it was going to be Senior Night. Oh well. I can still give Steven Pledger a hug goodbye, even if it's not Senior Night.

It's unfortunate for me as well. I made sure to be free that Wednesday so I could be there for senior night.
