Shaka Smart: "OU SUCKS"

While it didn't bother me a bit, it seems things can backfire when one person steps out of line. Shaka Smart makes that remark, and two days later his team get smoked by 31 points at home. And Texas isn't the only team in this rivalry where karma is alive and well. I remember three years ago when we had a 20+ point lead in Austin with only about 6-7 minutes left in the game and M'baye flashed the "horns down" sign to the Longhorns bench. Anyone remember how that game turned out?

For the record, I realize both are coincidences...but to be on the safe side, I hope it's someone from Texas who breaks the tiebreaker with a questionable antic towards the opposition.

I think its great. It makes this rivalry better. I think its great to see hatred between the 2 schools. Just like when Capel made his comment about stillwater. I'm not saying I need to see Lon throw Horns down...but if he did...Great.

Back in the day, I remember seeing Kelvin throw the Horns down sign many times.

it's not a battle cry for a coach. It shows immaturity. I can't imagine a single legendary coach that would belittle an opponent and stoop to that level. not even bob knight

If he's winning, and not doing anything that will bring ncaa sanctions then go for it.

Bob Huggins not wearing a suit on the sidelines doesn't hurt the game one bit. He's not making WV look bad. Smart saying OU sucks only irritates one group of people. Nobody in Texas is down there saying...we want him gone b/c he said OU sucks.
