Trae Young has been so good, he is off the charts on how pleased I have been with his performances. But, I continue to be impressed with Jordan Shepherd

He's averaging 9.5 points; 2.5 rebounds; 10 assists; 2 steals and 2 turnovers in the first two games.

Not a bad two games stat line for our back up point guard.

I have definitely noticed him. He is much improved and confident.

I loved Shepherd last year. I still cannot understand how his offer list wasn't better.

--He's 6-2
--incredible hops
--has handles
--decent speed
--good passer
--hits 3s

And only going to improve. Loved the two clutch 3s against UT last year at home. Won that game for us basically.

He worked with a private workout guy most of the summer. Saw a few videos he has some serious skill.
Late bloomer, LK. Identifies what he needs to win and goes and finds it. I'm guessing he doesn't look at rivals or scouts top 150 very often

He is much stronger and also looks like he has grown. He is just a little shorter than Ty L
Playing against Trae has already made him better.

In fact, Trae's quickness will improve all team members.
