This seems wild. I guess because Mizzou will now be in the SEC, Danny Manning is less reluctant to allow one of Kansas greatest rivals to get the transfer.

The schools Tulsa wouldn't allow, such as Texas and Baylor, is odd.

Maybe Texas & Baylor contacted him illegally and that is why Tulsa won't allow a treansfer there.
