So is Buzz more of a personality guy/recruiter than an Xs and Os guy?

Not asking because of the game tonight, he still seems like our number 1 choice.

From what I've read about him, it seems like he's a real likable, fiery guy, a great recruiter with ties to Texas who can pump some life into a program. That sounds good to me.

I haven't read too much about his gameday coaching though, except a vague comment from Gottlieb that his team didn't run anything or something. Is he the kind of guy who game plan a win?

I am no expert. But as an 11 seed his team beat the 6 seed and the 3 seed. They led most of both games and won fairly easily.

I think he is a program changer as a personality and a recruiter...and a young guy who's just coming into his own as an X's and O's coach. He's got a ways to go before he's an elite "coach." But he's a darn good "CEO" of a basketball program already.
