1. 19% from 3
I know some of you may be wondering why I like this stat but it is because so many analyst say we live and die by the three. well I think it has to give our guys confidence to know they don't have to rely strictly on the three to win ballgames. This was easily the worst three-point shooting night of the year and we still beat a great, and rested, Iowa State team.
2. Spangler and Woodard under 30 minutes
I love seeing this stat because Spangler, toward the end of the season before the Oklahoma state game, looked to be wearing down. He needs to get as much rest as he can without hurting the team. I love seeing Buford(even though He wasn't very impressive) and Manyang get a few minutes
And it's nice to see one of our guards in Woodard be able to have a few minutes to rest up as well with buddy and Isaiah playing over 30 minutes. We will need that energy from him today for WVU and their press.
