Something that I've learned this year

is that you never should underestimate young players and their ability to improve during the course of a year. With nine new guys and two returning guys that weren't used to being in the spotlight. We were literally as young as a team could be. That learning curve can be very steep for a young group that believes in their head coach and his system and wants to be good.

Keep it up boys!
