Lost in OT at defending champ Duke.

Were top 10 mid January, then .500 the rest of the way.

Won 20, but missed tourney due to 7-7 in a weak
B12.

That Duke game was the Angelo Hamilton 360 dunk game if I remember correctly.

"Fire up the buses OU"...said Vitale before OU went on a huge run and dang near won that game at Duke!

Yep. Also, that Hamilton dunk was the most spectacular in game dunk i've ever seen. And Vitale was furious. Why would a color commentator be so mad over a spectacular dunk? Yeah, his colors were BLEEDING out that game...

Yeah, OU missed out on Angelo Hamilton's juco teammate that was supposed to join him in Norman. Anthony Cade was a 6'10" post who was a former McDonald's AA and was a STUD, but didn't make the grades at Connors St., and never made it to OU! He would have made that team SO much better...but it was never meant to be...
