Sherri will likely go with her starters a little more in the second half until we get up by 20 or so. Very ragged in the first half. Vegas hit a few big shots. Kaylon played well. Kornet is having a bad shooting night. Would like to see Morgan take a few more shots. Carter needs to shoot when open too.

Kaylon had a layup, Carter hit two FTs, and Vegas hit a three.
Stetson outhustled us a bit near the end of the half. We had a little problem with handles.
This game should be about 50-25. Stetson isn't a good shooting team. They have to wind up to shoot some shots. They also appear to be shuffling their feet before some shots. But, they have been in the right position to get some boards.
Kornet has really played well. She has just missed some really good shots. She has been the best on our team in making things happen. Kaylon is taking advantage of the fact that they don't have anyone inside.
Hook seems a bit slow right now, like she hasn't recovered. Edwards hasn't been all that effective tonight. Carter seems reluctant to do something at times.
We haven't seen Derica or Felisha. We've seen everyone else. I like what I saw in the first half of Kaylon, Kornet, Sharane, Vegas, and Shaya. Griffin didn't play all that much due to foul trouble. Morgan was a bit iffy. Kornet is working so well that if she begins hitting, she might be our number two scorer.

It seemed that Stetson's zone bothered us. We were 2 of 15 from three in the first half (I think that is what the chart said). We simply couldn't hit, even when open. Vegas hit a couple. None of the others were close.

Sims has 14 for Stetson. Kaylon has 11 for OU. Sharane and Vegas have about 8 or 9 each, I think.

I thought everyone worked hard. I kind of thought that Vegas and Hook took a little time off in the first half. But, they got enough of this and put on a quick show in the second to get the game out of reach.

Kaylon was key to a little run in the first half with her putbacks. Griffin was key to the putting the game away with her role in a spurt in the second half. They were simply afraid to come inside against Nicole. They would come inside against Kaylon, but not against Nicole. She also blocked three shots and probably altered ten.

Kornet did so many things right that she deserved more positive results. She finally got a couple of layups at the end of the second half. She was working hard on offense, defense, and the boards. She had the most effort in this game.

In the second half, we began to reach a little. Fouls.

We need free throw practice.

Sherri said we spent about twenty-five minutes on the zone. We won't see it that much. Why practice against it? Stetson used it all night.

Shaya did a lot of good things and only a couple of negatives.

Derica has hit her first shot (a three) in two games, only to miss the rest of the three attempts.

Aaryn had 24 points in 31 minutes. She also had 5 steals and 4 rebounds.

Kaylon had 17 points on 7 of 8 shooting in 16 minutes. She also had 8 rebounds.

Sharane had 10 points in 23 minutes along with 6 boards and 2 blocks.

Morgan had 8 points in 24 minutes to go with 11 assists.

Kornet had 6 points in 19 minutes to go with 7 boards.

Wyatt had 5 points in 11 minutes.

Griffin had 4 points in 19 minutes. She had 6 boards and 3 blocks.

Carter had 2 points in 22 minutes.

We had spent maybe 15 minutes on the zone. Exposed us a little.

Kaylon: nervous at first. Don't think about Achilles.
Vegas: go with the flow of the game. They know that I'll shoot the three. Need to go inside more.

Sherri: Sharane saved us early. Played hard. Got key rebounds. Gioya and TT started glazed. Settled down.
Thought that Vegas, Kaylon, Morgan, and Sharane carried the load tonight.

I had not looked at Twitter and my ESPN score center app showed Stetson won. I about lost it. Good think twitter cleared that up.
