...the baseball team. I'd even be saying this if we were having a good season. They are currently ranked 4th and poised to dethrone Texas from their usual big 12 title.

If you don't like baseball, fine. But I can't wait to get out to L. Dale for some good times in the sunshine.

Really looking forward to this baseball season. I'm really hoping we can take down Texas this year but I am not going to get my hopes up.

The baseball team is absolutely loaded, I'm looking forward to eating some California tacos (famous little Omaha restaurant) again this year

Even against a team like Arkansas Pine-Bluff, scoring 27 runs in a game is insane...

I went to the season opener and will be going to more games after college basketball season is over, but I'm a huge CBB fan so I'll honestly watch CBB games on TV over attending a baseball game. Glad that they're doing well though, one of the things I love about OU is almost all of our secondary sports are nationally ranked.

What's the name of this restaurant?

Count me amongst the fans excited for baseball to start. I remember when our program took a dip in the late 90's/early 00's and wondered if we would ever get back to the CWS. After last season, if we can get baseball back (which we have) to where it was with losing top prospects to MLB and not many scholarships, then we can get basketball back, too.

The name of the restaurant is "California Tacos and More".

If you are a baseball fan, it's a fun team to watch. So much talent. Really good fundamentally. Not really a hole on the team.

We're not going to be the most talented team at the top of the spectrum, but we're possibly the deepest team in the country, which is why I think we have a VERY good chance to return to Omaha and a legitimate chance to win the whole thing this year.

Watching Garrett Buechele at the plate is a treat.

I was a huge baseball fan even before my love affair with CBB started in my teenage years. And, yeah, I'm also excited about our prospects of kicking the whorns' a$$es this spring. I enjoy all the anti-kansas (basketball) sentiments on this board, but for me, all the negative feelings I can muster over the jaybirds are totally dwarfed by my hatrid for anything and everything texas.

Go Sooners!

I just hope we can beat Texas this year. Every year it seems like we are rolling along in 1st or 2nd place in the conference, then we have the 3 game series vs Texas and then we are in 4th or 5th place because they swept us.

I just always try to focus on the 94 regional games in Austin when we beat Texas 2 games in the same weekend and both by double digits.

Keep this up and the Sooners will be World Champions!
