Absolutely horrible. But don’t they always get lucky?BS call by that ref. Not a foul.
Oh it was absolutely a foul. He brought his arm down at the last second and clearly made contact. He didn’t come close to keeping his arms straight up.BS call by that ref. Not a foul.
Ok I’ll take thatAbsolutely horrible. But don’t they always get lucky?
No it wasn’t a foul but imagine my surprise when you take the opposite view again. You are sad and pathetic.Oh it was absolutely a foul. He brought his arm down at the last second and clearly made contact. He didn’t come close to keeping his arms straight up.
I’ll never underhand why players aren’t smarter when it comes to time and score. If a team is taking any shot inside the 3-pt line in that situation, you should count your blessings and not come close to them.
Did you see a single Purdue coach argue it? Did any announcer remotely question it? Did any of the guys in the studio suggest it was controversial while just showing the highlights? I mean, TV lives to play up any potential controversy but I’m sure they just decided to stay silent about this allegedly awful call. But sure, I’m the one taking a contrary view.No it wasn’t a foul but imagine my surprise when you take the opposite view again. You are sad and pathetic.
Not really. There was like, 8 seconds left. He gets an easy dunk, quick Texas foul…. Purdue misses the free throw. You think a Texas guard, who are all faster than Purdue’s…could not go down and get what Purdue got? He had time to dribble down the court, dribble around the half court, miss a layup, then get a tipin. I’m with you on not fouling, of course. But you can’t just matador them. Way too much time left.Foul or no foul he shouldn’t have been within five feet of him. Let him get a dunk, game would have been over
Yep it’s way better to foul a guy from behind as he makes a layup lol.Not really. There was like, 8 seconds left. He gets an easy dunk, quick Texas foul…. Purdue misses the free throw. BlasphemyCousin's stepkids went to school with them. Always said he wanted out of western Oklahoma.
It was 50/50. It looked worse than it was but it wasn't an atrocious call either way. And who cares now? It was fun to tease tejas now lolNo it wasn’t a foul but imagine my surprise when you take the opposite view again. You are sad and pathetic.
Nah. He bodied him down under the basket early enough and then he didn't have to go over the back bc he cleared the space to go just verticalIn my day that was over the back but whet do I know.
Edit: talking about the last Purdue possession
When you have your arm on a guy’s back after shoving him and go up… that used to be called 100% of the time. I understand times have changed.Nah. He bodied him down under the basket early enough and then he didn't have to go over the back bc he cleared the space to go just vertical
