Syracuse, Boeheims Million Dollar Tourney

Saw a few sessions of a million dollar winner take all basketball tournament and there was either a Syracuse team or one named Boeheims.
Thought for sure 1 of Coach Jim's sons was playing on it. Think at least 2 of his sons play for Syracuse this season.
Isn't that against NCAA rules to play for pay?
