He will definitely cause the opposing defense to pull their big out to the perimeter to defend which then causes a larger lane for the others to facilitate.

HUGE get! Especially if he stays for at two years. He should really excel in Moser's offense, as he is built in much the same way as Krutwig, but with a better outside game.

I posted about going after these guys they day I saw they entered the Portal. Wasn't sure they'd want to leave the West Coast, but glad to have them on board.

I have been watching this space with interest because I knew very little about Coach Moser before he was hired. I had no idea what kind of recruiter he was. I'm really excited about these moves! If he can get Bryce Thompson and the kid from Duke we have a chance to be special right out of the box!

i have been as optimistic as anyone about moser, and even i am pretty stunned by this. definitely changes my timeline for success. very exciting. just need another guard and post depth we should be ok.

i don't know why it didn't occur to me that moser's energy on the court wouldn't translate to recruiting. keep it going...

Glad you weighed in on the latest news, WT! Do you agree that the Groves brothers can be game changers next season? IMO, it puts us within another player or two of competing for a Big 12 title and a deep run in the dance. We may not be there yet, but we’re a lot closer now that the brothers are on board.

Do you feel better about Moser’s ability to recruit at OU now? Jacob and Tanner are clearly the big fish. But I think Mason and continuing a relationship with Mokan Elite and the school that produced two players from Moser’s FF team will pay dividends in the future.
