OK. This was 66-45 in Norman, primarily because we didn't let Recee Caldwell loose (4 points on two of eleven shooting). Little had 18. Vivi had ten points and eleven boards, couple of blocks. Gabbi had ten. Tech had difficulty scoring. It was 56-28 after three periods, and they outscored the reserves 17-10 in the fourth.

After beating West Virginia in Lubbock, Tech has reeled off eight straight conference losses, including losses at Kansas and TCU. Texas, Baylor, and Kansas State have won in Lubbock.

If you listened to Sherri on the Toby Rowland Show, she thinks Maddie will be back "sooner-than-later." Maddie shot free throws yesterday and is "chomping at the bit." She wasn't specific, but extended hope that Maddie would return next week for Texas, almost certainly for all of post-season.

She was not so optimistic about a quick return for TT. She is still walking gingerly and can't practice.

If you didn't hear the final remarks of Bob Carpenter, he indicated that if he had a daughter that played college basketball, he would hope it would be for Sherri. She had the family atmosphere for coaching to which all should aspire.

That family atmosphere is great. But, this is big time college sports, and you need to beat some really good teams occasionally to be relevant in the national hierarchy.

I agree with Bob Carpenter......And if I had a daughter going to college to play basketball, it would be because of Sherri Coale. That is who I would trust my daughter with and I know Sherri would look after her. I love the family atmosphere with the girls. The girls LOOK like they are having fun and enjoy each other, as well.

Also, almost every athletic team on campus has a strong family atmosphere. The bios of signees states this.

Well, under 20% from the field. Peyton looks terrible. Only ones worth a flip so far tonight are Vivi and, surprisingly, Carter.

Pull it together Sooners.

Really disappointed that the coaching staff has no game plan for when Mulkey is in the game. Offense or Defense. She's clearly at a disadvantage when she's further than eight foot from the goal, and it seems that's where she spends most of her time.

Has Little scored tonight??? Everything seems to come up short.

You would think after coming up short the first two times in the lane, a senior like Peyton could figure out to adjust her shot. I don't know if this is the worst half of basketball this season, but it maybe against a very over achieving Tech team. Man this is hard to watch.

OU inbounding the ball under the basket on the offensive end. Mulkey sets up just outside the lane under the basket. Ortiz throws the inbound directly at Mulkey's waist. OMG Turnover, the ball goes with TTech the other way.

Dungeon single-handily brings us back into this game.

Not the first time that's happened. I don't know why they don't know enough to throw it above her head, where she's the only one who can get the ball???

Big third quarter for OU. Up four to start the fourth.

Great quarter for Dungee and Ortiz.

More good play from Ortiz...

We need to change defense. Vivi is staying with the guard on the switch and letting the post go unguarded to the goal.. We got away with it a couple of times, but it's cost us a couple of buckets.

Finish!

I can't believe we only have 7 turnovers. Wow we need to put them away.

Up eight with 18 seconds left.

Great game by Dungee and Ortiz.

Maybe the best game I've seen from either of them!!!

Great comeback on the road.

We win 64-56
