Westbrook is an elite player and one of the best shot creators in the league. OKC has no real offensive system and has only one other player that can consistently create his own offense, so Westbrook fits well. If Westbrook were such a square peg, OKC's offense wouldn't have gone to crap when they had to replace him with Jackson, who is a fine young player.meh, I am sold on it if he gets the time.
Watched at least half of the Clips games this year and he has more than shown the ability to run things - he's just not CP3. Truth is though that NO ONE is CP3 ... often even CP3 thanks to injuries.
Bledsoe playing the point is no more of a square peg in a round hole than RW playing it for OKC.
Bledsoe isn't remotely comparable. Offensively, he isn't in the same stratosphere as Westbrook, and even though we're talking about "fit," talent matters because overwhelming talent helps offset issues of fit (i.e. LeBron and Wade aren't an ideal fit together). Bledsoe doesn't compensate for his lack of feel with beastly physical dominance. In the PG spectrum, Bledsoe is much closer to Reggie Jackson than Russell Westbrook.
