I watched the first three quarters of "#1 vs #2" until I just couldn't watch anymore. What a pathetic showing of women's college basketball. If those are the best two teams in the country, WBB just regressed 20 years. Brianna Turner looks so slow and unathletic on the block for ND. UConn has no true post players in their starting lineup and they are still drilling ND!

I've always been a greater fan of women's basketball than men's since my days of playing in both pep bands in undergraduate. It saddens me to see the "best" teams look like this. :facepalm

Someone please beat UConn already! They are practically begging for someone to beat them, to no avail!

I guess all the ladies are becoming backup dancers for rap videos

Whatever the problem is seems to be bleeding over onto the OU women's team.

Are you counting some of yours in those on the games we lost, because you've certainly said a lot in those and it wasn't always laudatory.

Don't know what you were expecting from the UConn-Notre Dame game. I thought it was a good game. Williams and Collier were outstanding as was Allen the Irish point guard. They did shut Allen down pretty good the second half.

UConn has four very good players (Williams, Collier, Sanderson and Nurse) but lack depth. How quickly Dangerfield comes on may determine how good they will be. They have a bit of a size problem. Butler helps neutralize bigs like Lang of Texas but basically is not a UConn quality player. Chong is OK at point but too much a one on one player. She and Butler were in the game when the Irish made their run to take the lead.

Even though the Irish were ranked #1 for most of the season they don't appear to be as good as last year. Turner has never lived up to expectations.

Unless Maryland stops them we are probably looking at a new record for consecutive wins. South Carolina appears to be the best chance to stop the streak. They have two good bigs and the two transfer guards have looked good but then Duke knocked them off.

I'm counting them all. It is interesting how few feel like posting after a win. The regulars post at all times. Then, there are the buzzards who only show up when they see carrion.

Let me guess: you didn't read the original message? My post doesn't directly mention OU. Rather, it was about UConn vs. ND.

If you read the post, then I'm sure you'd realize your post doesn't align with this original thread.

Speaking of buzzards...

UConn has the coach and staff. He would win the big 12 with OU players and make a deep run in the NCAA
