Ticket Issue for Today's Game - Need HELP!

Need some advice here. We bought 20 paper tickets to the game today and a big contignent of OU fans came day with us for the game today from Kansas. Well, a family of 5 just realized they left their tickets. Any options here? Pay for standing room only? Sweet talk the will call?

We have two rows of 11 in one row and 9 in the row above, so we know where the seats are?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Yes, I would go to a ticket window and explain situation. You should be able to provide IDs and see if they can help. They should have records.
