The way I read the bracket it is OU v Hawaii at 8:00 central. I hope Obama doesn't go to the game. That could fire up tHawaii and the crowd. Of course it would likely excite our guys too

Except for Buddy and Walker. They robavly wouldn't care about he Presidnt too much because they are from the Bahamas and Canada

Really????

I would love for the President to attend the game......I think OU basketball would be an attractive (and alternative) representative of our state!

:OU-logo:

If President Obama attends the game and we play well maybe he'll pick us to make it out of the Round of 32 for once.

I'm a US citizen and I've never lived in Canada, but I thought it was pretty cool to see Brian Mulroney recently. I"m guessing Buddy and Walker would be impressed also.

Why bring up Obama to begin with

You don't think it's noteworthy and worthy of mention that the President of the United States might attend an OU basketball game?

I would think that any player would be pretty excited to have the President attend his basketball, even if he's from the Bahamas or Canada.

I deleted some posts to avoid a political debate in here. I think it's significant that a president may go to an OU game so I am leaving it open, but if this gets political I'll close it down.

Pretty good team with a couple of talented Serbian juniors. They've been slapped with a probation so I don't know if that will give them extra incentive since the Rainbows are certainly good enough to make the tourney so they'll view this game as a chance to knock off the eventual NC.

If any of their players transfer because of probation I wouldn't seeing one of their Stefans coming here.

Because he is in Honolulu and a college basketball fan. Furthermore, his presence would impact the environment. People and players would likely look for him. Players might get nervous. Players might try to do too much. It is just a factor that I would prefer OU not deal with. Now if he attended, OU won big and he said something nice about OU, that would be good.
