Top two priorities this year

You basketball gurus help me out on this but it seems to me if a squad isnt filled with skilled, experienced offensive players then defense and rebounding are the top priorities. I think that applies to this squad especially.

I believe your right. We will have to rebound as a team...if we play fitz and thompson at the 4/5 together we may struggle at rebounding and have to rely on the guards to snag more boards.

But I do think we are talented. Not so much in the post but we have plenty of talent on the wings...lots of schools would like to have: taylor, clarke, pledger and cade...then you add newell as most on here say he is a legit talent...thats 4 guys that can fill it up not including cade..including cade if he is hot thats 5

Fitz I believe will be a consister 10-12 ppg game..But the 20 point games I think will be spread out among those guards

I think defense and rebounding are always going to be the things a successful team does well. After all if you keep the other teams score low it can mask some of you own offensive problems. Good rebounding should lead to some easy baskets which will also help. Just my .02 though.

I really dont know what to expect or what will work with this team...

There are so many questions about who will step up, leadership, scoring, rebounding...just too many unknowns...

I am really excited about watching them play...

just got my season ticket renewal in today so it is right around the corner...
