I’m not necessarily a fan of the kid as a player, but if you are going to let an Oklahoma kid transfer into the SEC without really recruiting him, your assessment better be correct.

The next OKPreps kid like Garrison and Pedulla in the SEC who will have a career game and light up OU. You know it’s going to happen.

He’s a tremendous defender and creates steals/turnovers. He can also create his own shot off the dribble. I totally believe there’s a place for him in this roster.

I hope you and others are correct, because he’s not going to ride pine. Assuming we take Campbell and Davis, that leaves only two remaining scholarships.

So we’re betting on Dayton, Campbell and one other TBD at guard…

I think the simplest question: if he wasn’t an okie, would we even be in contact?

Assuming he stays on the court, he's the type OU should overpay for. He would be OU's star.

Get him, add Tae I guess (ugh), Campbell as a 7-10th man off the bench, find another 5 type (starter or in the competition to start), and add another scorer/shooter at the 2G spot...

....tourney team for sure. One that could win a game this time.

Exactly what I predicted. More $$ and now more commitment to play him more. He got the strangest deal this year from Self. Self loves adams like pm loves Godwin, meanwhile bidunga might have been their best entire player and he sat the bench... bidunga could be player of the year sort of guy

Adams does a ton of stuff that doesn’t show up in a box score. He’s a great defender and very smart player. Flory has way more upside but also very raw and I don’t think was necessarily quite ready to be a guy who played huge minutes.
