So where does the focus shift next? Is Stillwell still a possibility?

Yes, but as you said, they agree before getting drafted. What I am saying is this isn’t the old days when getting drafted and offered a sign on bonus in round 5 is no longer the temptation is once was when you’re getting paid to play in college. Outside of the first 2 rounds, the money drops off quite a bit.

If he was getting drafted in the first 2 rounds with a huge guaranteed bonus, that’s a different story.
 
Posting this at 1:30 in the morning because I’m a sicko (couldn’t sleep). Did not realize Tayton Conerway was in the portal and he immediately climbs to the top of my want list. Very good defender, slasher type. From the Fort Worth area so could convince him to come closer to home. He’d fit so well on the floor next to Pack.

Doesn’t look like we’ve even contacted him from what I can tell though so that likely means he won’t end up in Norman. Sigh.

I'm a sicko too. I'm up at 1:42 am figuring out that these three players played for the EYBL Indy Heat program

1. Nijel Pack
2. Tae Davis
3. Jeremiah Fears (his brother Jeremy is also an Indy Heat alum)

This is one roster I found for Pack. D'andre Davis = Dre Davis = Tae's brother. Dre just got done with his Ole Miss career. Other familar names as well - Hughley being a former Sooner.

Tae/Dre also played for Warren Central at the same time as Nijel.

We need a center and a scoring guard, but I would like to see us get a 2 guard and prioritize defense and rebounding with everyone else. Pack and Davis are not strong defenders.

Good news is that we've built a good offensive base.

What kind of fit would Jeremy be with Pack? Probably a long shot, just wondering.
