I have so much doubt that OU will be able to lure top transfers here. Knowing how meh OU is, and keeping Moser won't instill NIL confidence, next year could be a horrendous season.

I have no clue what to expect. I was stunned we got four good guys last year, so I guess it's possible. But I agree with you in not understanding why top transfers would want to come play for a proven failure.
