From the early reports it seems as though Neal is working primarily as a post defensively which I think is a must due to his lack of foot-speed and lateral quickness.

I wonder if he will get squeezed out of minutes by M'Baye and the freshmen?

I cant see much of a place for him assuming M'Baye is close to being as good as advertised. Neal hit some threes but M'Baye can step out also.

I don't see many minutes from him at either position (wing or post). That said, he probably has a better opportunity beating out Bennett/Arent for minutes inside.

He'll get some garbage time. And he might get some minutes if we see a team that zones nearly all the time. But he has been recruited over.

Agree!! 2 or maybe 3 of the Freshmen will get more minutes than Neal.
