Tyler's a nice surprise for me, too. He had another good game last night. He's even playing much better defense now. Kruger rewarded him by increasing his minutes to 19, more than Bennett and two of our starters. 12 points on 4 of 6 shooting (2 of 3 from three), 7 rebounds (2 on offense) and a block is one heck of a game for a reserve player.

I couldn't be more pleased for Tyler!

Playing well so far. I think he has some limitations on what he can do against top competition, but if he can keep bringing consistently good play off the bench, it just makes our team that much better.

I'll be honest, thinking about how might break out this season, it really never crossed my mine that it might be Tyler.

You weren't alone. Tyler is the most improved player on the team through the first three games. If he continues to at least hold his own, he can really help us this season.

ya im not getting my hopes hope it will be a continued thing... but hes been a huge surprise so far..
