Kruger might want to give these local guys a look! Can't keep letting talent leave the state! Jolly scored 41 last night and Johnson scored 30 for PC West.

Jolly was on his way to mid lv d1 and folks backed off because he had a scary health condition. He's a UTEP/TCU/ type player. close to Collins at TCU and Harris at UTEP. I dont think he's high D1 like OU.

If a scholarship opens up, would Jolly be first in line to get an offer? As a 6'4" wing he seems to play the same role/position as Booker, James, Odomes, et al play too. Maybe even Buford. Do we need a backup PG more or are they happy with Cousins in that role?

Jolly may be a good player but he plays a position that we seem to have covered with a lot of depth. He may be better than many of those listed in which case someone would get "recruited over".

If one opens up, the way we have a pretty balanced roster of bigs and smalls, as well as good class distribution, I would LOVE for Kruger to work his usual magic and scan the market for transfers. Doesn't even have to be one that is immediately eligible, as there are usually some elite guys who get buried elsewhere and could come in, RS a year and add depth somewhere the next year. Either that, or hold it for the next year, and try to go after another elite player to add to Pritchard, Doolittle, and we are in on some elite bigs that would be nice to add
