You can say what you want but OU would have lost to Gonzaga the other night with last year's depth chart after the injuries. It made a huge difference in the game.

No doubt. UCONN will be fine because Geno has McDonalds All-Americans to replace injured McDonalds All-Americans. But, I'm sure he will still be glad to see some return to practice.
Was there another injury besides the girl who injured her elbow? I caught the end of their game against Maryland and I thought they mentioned 2 injured players.

I check on The Boneyard occasionally. There was some concern expressed about a year or two ago that there appeared to be no new recruits interested in UConn. They didn't get all that excited as though it would devastate the program. It appeared to be more of a curiosity and a concern that Geno's international activities needed to be curtailed a bit. I didn't see any open hostility.
If you check the rankings on the 2014 class you will find UCONN ranked 1st or 2nd depending on the service. I doubt Geno or any of their fans is losing much sleep over recruiting.
Can they please lose please? I know that being doomed to a defunct conference like the AAC is like losing, but I'd like some outright honest to goodness UConn losing too.
