I was impressed by Smart today. His presence elevates a below average team to an above average team. Having said that, we played them at home without our best defensive player and it took an overtime and a career game by their best player to win.

And since when to you rush the court after defeating an unranked opponent. Perfect example of why aggies are aggies.

I agree 100%. Although OSU is probably above average talent with below average coaching.

Grooms had the game of his life on offense. But did you see the difference between Heild shutting down Smart in Norman and no Hield this time around? You won't rely on a guy like Grooms getting what he got today.

We played very good today. No complaints from me at all. Sometimes you play well and lose, it happens. That OSU team doesn't suck, and they had a good crowd. They had the best player on the court as well. It was definitely a game we could have won, but we didn't make quite enough plays.

On defense, absolutely! Buddy would have been in the game with Grooms, not replaced by him. Hield would have done a lot better job in defending Smart than anyone else on OU's team (see Bedlam round one).

That said, I don't want to take anything away Smart. He was terrific today! Great game against two evenly-matched teams. Too bad the team coming out on the short end was OU this time.

we did play really well today. we didn't win, but hey. not a lot of people win at GIA. sort of.

moral victory is bs....we lost and kinda blew a lead.
