I think Geno said it best recently on a Fox Sports radio interview there are very few players available who can win you championships as opposed to players who can make you good or make you better, right now OU is getting the girls that make us a good team.

Geno is right, there aren't many elite players every year. I'm not sure there are more than 10 in a typical year. Right now we don't have any in that category. I hope that changes this year.

Gibbs was expected to get her test results today. If all goes well, I would expect her to sign early next week.

There was a big tourney in Fayetteville, Ark this weekend but still no mention of Gibbs. I don't know if she didn't attend or if she didn't stand out.

I haven't heard either. Don't know if that means she didn't get good news or if it will take Soonersports a few days to post the signing.
