What's the Definition of "Program"?

good grief I had no idea he was that size.

yikes.

Also interesting, in that interview yesterday on the radio they were asking Blobert about these recruiting services (in light of the Oregon allegations). He said he was thinking about starting a recruting service, but only to help kids because that's all he cares about, helping kids. LMAO

Since when is Robert Allen back on the Sports Animal? He got booted for Sam Mayes a few years ago and I hadn't heard him on there since then.

Robert the Hut loathes OU and is a huge OSU homer, so it's not surprising he would say something so stupid.

Robert Allen is the president of the "I hate OU more than I love OSU" fan club.

I think every Friday they do a segment with the Blobert Allen followed by a segment with James Hale. Duelling insiders (that's what I'd call the segments anyway, haha).

It's the Tulsa SA. Tulsa SA is really tough to listen to.

I used to enjoy the Bedlam Outdoors segments on the Morning Animal show when James and Robert would fight to the death in a Bedlam duel. Good stuff.

Is it just me or did the Morning Animals used to be a lot funnier?

They lost Dan Lutz and really haven't recovered since.

And Pork or is that the same guy?

Different guy, he was a host/producer that died back in 2002. The same day as this game. I always link the two because I had just heard about it before the game started. He was all their heart. It's pretty mean-spirited now, I rarely listen.

Steely used to have a very interesting radio show. It blows my mind to hear him giggling at the list of "Who was born on this day in ____?" like every other morning zoo host.

Ok, yeah, now I remember that they're always talking about the Dan Lutz foundation. I also thought Pork was funny as hell. Now all they do is chatter about the latest celebrity trainwreck.

That show was great when they had Lutz and in some ways Pork to pick on all the time. I remember them making Lutz do some beer commercials all the time. That was the funniest radio they ever did.

I'd really place a lot of stock in what Robert Allen has to say. After all this is the same man that once declared that OSU had three quarterbacks on campus that were better than Sam Bradford.

The funny thing is, he probably still believes he was right.

Allen is truly the half-ton gift that keeps on giving, for our fan base's comic relief at least.

Amazing. Are there any Oklahoma State fans that even like him?

Is it just me or did the Morning Animals used to be a lot funnier?

Yeah, I don't listen to them much anymore. They're all really negative about pretty much everything, and they seem to take a lot of cheap shots at OU sports.

I was listening to the Sports Animal yesterday and they had Robert Allen on to talk sports. He made a statement that seemed kind of offensive to me depending on what your definition of "program" is. He said that OU may have the worst basketball program in all of major college sports. So does two bad seasons now equal bad program? I really don't consider OU to have a bad basketball program. When I think about bad programs I think Duke football, Kansas football, Northwestern everything, Colorado basketball, etc. Am I off base here?

If you consider anything Robert Allen says about OU athletics you are way off base!!!
