Not wanting to denigrate any of our current players......but if you were Lon and had an opportunity to take any current player from another Big 12 school, who would you take? They could be a starter or your new sixth man.....I have one but will let others respond.

Buddy, Niang, and Oubre, would be my top candidates.

Niang is one of those players you hate playing against your team, but would love to have him on your team!

Niang, since there isn't a big, athletic rim protector out there. His passing ability makes his teammates better.

Niang is the obvious choice.

Next choice would probably be an upgrade at pg. Maybe Staten?

Yeah I agree. Niang is very unique. Need a point guard that can finish and take over the game late though.

I'd use Niang as a point forward. Easy way to get another shooter on the floor. He has limits defensively, obviously, but, as he proved yesterday against TCU in the 2nd half, he can dominate games with the ball in his hands. Give me a lineup of Niang, Buddy, Cousins, Spangler, and Thomas and get out of the way.

I agree with Niang ... although a couple of those Baylor players might be nice as well.

I'll throw Turner in there. That's if he comes back next year.

Turner and it ain't close for me.

For this year's OU team? Probably Phil Forte. With Buddy and Cousins out there Forte would probably get a lot of looks and there isn't a better pure shooter in the conference.

Other than Forte, I would take Niang or Gathers.

Oubre. I think Niang is one of the more overrated players in recent memory.

Turner would be a good choice so I am really looking forward to Akolda Manyang, hope he contributes early and often.
