Why Does Lunardi still have KState as a 1 Seed?

LOL what? That is exactly the type of argument one should be making. Not what UCONN did vs Michigan. :ez-roll:

the lol was at the irony in the part of your quote that i bolded.

the pitt example was me fighting fire with fire.

With KState and Nova both losing and Duke beating up on a weak North Carolina team at home on nationa television, Duke probably has locked up that fourth 1 seed

:ez-laugh: I already said fine and whatever about it not even being close.

Well when you were discussing the UCONN example in your previous thread which was pointing me out, you then proceeded to talk about how the Big East was so much better then the Big 12... I assumed you were talking to me about that as well, and were bringing that back up (that we had already dropped). My bad if you weren't talking to me concerning that.

It's close in a stat comparison I guess....but really IMO it's not.

:ez-laugh: We aren't going to agree on this--which is fine, we'll agree to disagree--but just realize how much this sentence DOESN'T make sense.

Bottom line is if you combine the Big 12 and the Big East then in the top 5 there is one Big 12 team and 4 Big East teams. Do you argue that?

Funny that you didn't like how people were talking about the Top 5 in each conference--you were all about top to bottom (understandably so)--but now you are basing Top 5 to enhance your argument?!? LOL okay.

To answer your question, I touched on this earlier but you can argue it to a certain extent. "Body of work" speak I think you can flip a coin with K-State and Pitt. And that's including K-State's upset tonight. Comparing those 2 teams is a push IMO.

I would put the 3 and 4 spots in the Big East's favor. The 5th spot with Mizzou and Marquette I think is a push. You can flip a coin with that, as well. If I had to pick I would go with Mizzou if they hypothetically faced off, teams have trouble going against Anderson's style of play in the tourney.

So you can look at the Big East Top 5 as 4-1, 3-2, or 2-3. As I said earlier, the Big East is better IMO, but the Big 12 definitely compares, unlike some other Big 6 schools (i.e. SEC, Pac 10)
