I'll never forget how he went national in defaming Kelvin after our buzzer-beating win over Tech that had somewhat questionable late-game timekeeping. Not such a nice guy in my book. An arrogant, self-righteous ass is more like it.

Bobby knight is a sociopath. Remember when he shot that person hunting? He has some really bad stuff on video around that situation.

Something fishy here. Might be some truth to Marshall getting a different job.

They also lost another guy (7th scholarship player this season) to the portal yesterday. Old Gregg better get them back to the tourney soon or else even some of the cult members will start getting tired of his act.

Imagine the meltdown that would occur here if that happened at OU (heck, most schools' boards would melt down over this). If WSU fans are not up in arms, they must truly be a cult, as has been jokingly suggested.

I thought it was a recruiting dead period, but there’s a lot of recruiting going on. Any news on what OU is doing, or who we have a shot at getting?
 
I think the recruiting restrictions are a temporary ban on any travel or in person visits, coaches can still recruit via phone calls/text/social media.
 
PG: Alterique Gilbert... Former McDonalds All-American. Transfer from UCONN.
SG: Craig Porter... Juco from Vincennes (where we got Ace McGhee)... Averaged 15 points, 8 assists, and 8 rebounds per game this past year.
SG: Dexter Dennis... averaged 9 points and 5 rebounds per game as a sophomore last year. Hit 51 3's
PF: Trey Wade... Averaged 8 and 5 in his first year out of juco. Guy who had 15 rebounds against OU this year.
PF/C: ?

Looking like they will be fine so far... They need to sign a few more juco guys though, which I suspect they will. Getting Gilbert was huge. Porter and Dennis will be good at the other guard spots. Trey Wade is a very solid combo forward.

He will be good again next season.

Jury is still out. They missed the tourney in 2019 and would have needed at least one win in the conference tourney to make it this season. Gilbert hasn't accomplished much in his college career, partly due to injuries. They did add some talented pieces this weekend, but their chemistry has been a mess and who knows how long it will take for them to come together. And the new guys may end up disliking Marshall as much as the guys who have left over the past three years.

Chaunce Jenkins (6-4, F, Newport News, Va./ Menchville HS) -- Freshman

Craig Porter Jr. (6-2, G, Terre Haute, Ind./ Vincennes University) -- Junior

Jaden Seymour (6-9, F, Charlotte, N.C./ Northside Christian Academy) -- Freshman

Trevin Wade (5-10, G, Marietta, Ga./ Georgia Highlands College) -- Junior
