At 11-1, I'd say the Sooners have already been pretty hard to beat.![]()
OK guys, there is no way to say this without coming off as super critical, but he misses a ton of layups when he drives to the hole. Besides that, his offensive production has exceeded anything that I expected. Once he can finish at a high percentage on those shots over bigs at the hoop, he will be a force. I am looking forward to that day. For a true freshman at the PG position, Woodard has been excellent for the most part.
These new rules fit Woodard very well. I agree with Gary that his driving shots are mainly once he feels he will get fouled.
What I love about him is how long his arms are. The jumper over Caruso showed just how long he is. It makes up for his height.
