Big 12 is such a tough conference. These teams are just trading tough punches

Tech with a nice run in the last two minutes....they're up 5 with 30 seconds left. This conference is freaking brutal.
 
OU's defense was good in OT. They were fortunate with those offensive rebounds

OU isn't a bad defensive team at all.....actually according to Kenpom, they are pretty good. They played great defense against Tech, but not so much today. But the defense isn't going to look as good when you play really good offenses like TCU (#5) and Kansas (#10).....especially at the pace that we play. The defense will look better against teams like Baylor, Texas, and Iowa State because those teams aren't that good offensively.
 
I have no problem with OU’s D overall. My problem today was on several series where some guys were lazy. That can be corrected but I get they were very tired as well.

Agreed and TCU is legitimately one of the best offensive teams in the country. It may not seem that way looking at basic stats because they don't play the fastest pace in the world but they are one of the most efficient offenses out there. Their points per possession average is much higher than most teams'.
 
I was watching espn last night and the fools saidTech has not kissed to a ranked team. OU just beat them
