What will be the roster for the 16-17 season. I assumed all ships were taken but saw a tweet from OU saying they will have 12 returners. Am I counting wrong or does that mean someone is not returning?

Would you count Rich as a returnee? I see twelve returning, one newcomer, and two freshmen.
