GAME 30 - OKLAHOMA (17-12) vs #15 MISSOURI (21-8) 7:00pm CST on SECNETWORK+

This team should have 21 wins. A mixture of poor coaching decisions and poor play is the only thing keeping them in the bubble.
Was it TAM Jalon Moore singlehandedly blows it late. I mean that's 24 year old super senior!
The fact we have to remember which "one" of the games Jalon was primarily responsible for blowing the lead, because there were several games we did, is just a sad state for where this team is. And shows it isn't just on one player, which indicates coaching is also a big contributor. I mean we've lost 5 where we've had the lead late, and four of those were at home. That doesn't even count the 3-4 games where we've made it too anxious but held on or pulled away. Like last night almost became too close for comfort.

And to make it worse- if Jalon had just held the ball late on the press, we probably win and are at least on the right side of the bubble. Combine that with either the A&M or Kentucky games, we eliminate are worst NET loss and add a Q1 win. And are breathing a lot more comfortably. Maybe close to a lock.

Hate to use the "we're close" moniker, because we also lost several games by 30, but once again, we're going to be there on Selection Sunday probably thinking "what if".

Too many games- and not just this year- to think losing close games is a fluke. Firmly believe it's not just PM's calls but his anxious, controlling energy that contributes to it.

In the A&M game Moore did something very similar to what he did in the LSU game. He rebounded it and didn’t protect the ball. A&M clearly fouled him but no call from the refs. He just rebounded and stood there and they swiped at it from his blind side. He was fouled but it was still inexcusable.
