2015 Allonzo Trier

per a trier relative .. he has always been interested in OU .. but he has watched Kruger very closely the last 2 years and he loves what he is seeing .. he was going to go out of state .. but now he is very much considering OU

Sounds very promising to me.

Kids who want to play an uptempo style have got to be paying attention to what OU is doing now. LK hasn't just talked about playing fast on offense and pressing on defense. What we are seeing this season is as close to Billy ball as any OU team I can remember in years.

If Trier likes that style of play, a program that exhibits a sense of family, and a team that is made up of strong character kids who have come together for a common cause, OU is where he needs to be.

Go ahead and sign this guy up! Can flat score! 27 pts in the 2nd half for montrose Christian over a super loaded Findlay prep.

I don't think his scoring ability has ever been questioned. It's the fact that he takes a lot of plays off and has a selfish mentality which his teammates didn't like. Now he still is just a junior and playing at a powerhouse I'm sure he'll mature and correct those things. That being said if we get him I'll be ecstatic.

Saw him talking to Jordan on twitter this morning. CAN WE PLEASE GET THIS GUY.

Lon has been in Sacramento the last 2-3 days watching Zo Trier.

He'll be a top 5 guard before the year is over...

So, Meyer thinks Georgetown leads on Trier, or is he just saying that to please Hoya fans?

Have to take a lot of those crystal ball predictions with a grain of salt as a lot of them are guesses without any informed knowledge. But seeing the big names and Trier jumping up the rankings isn't inspiring confidence that we can land him.

Would love to get him, but there is going to be some stiff competition.

Kid is nice.

Kansas and UCLA have now offered.

ESPN pay article about him today, talking about how amazing he was last weekend.

Lists offers from a ton of basketball elite, with even more knocking on his door, just haven't offered yet. The article mentioned 14 schools by name, then said "and others" when talking about offers. OU wasn't listed by name, but it wasn't a direct quote either, so the writer may have lumped OU in with the others.

Gonna be REALLY tough to pull this kid away from the power schools.

I think we are going to have to have a special season next year to have a chance at landing him.

It would be SO sweet to get this kid away from Kansas. I'm fed up with how they seem to poach Oklahoma talent at-will.
