I like this. I know some people wanted him to sit out the year to prevent further injury. While I understand that side I think if the doctor cleared him then let him play. He plays tough competition and the more you play the better you get. It would be tough on anybody to sit out a year of game basketball and be expected to perform at their highest level.

That worries me a little, but I'm happy for him. 10 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists is not a bad night for a kid who has not been able to play at all the past eight months.

If he is medically cleared, then I have no problem with him playing. He is in high school. It's his senior year. He wants to be there for his team. Good for him.
The Houston Chronicle had this blurb where it was highlighting some of the good upcoming 2nd round playoff games:

6A No. 16 Cypress Lakes gets Bellaire in the second round but it’s a Cardinals now with Oklahoma signee Christian James in the lineup after he missed the entire regular season.

Honestly? That's the sign of gamer right there. If he's up to game speed in his rehab, I WANT to know he reps the name on the front of the jersey. Get that dude some conditioning before he shows up for summer workouts, and let him wear a SOONERS jersey for a few years!
