Wow, nice grab for Texas Tech. Those are big time numbers for a 31 win D1 team.

They have a VERY nice team this year. Might be the best Tech team in a long time.

If he's coming from Arkansas State, they didn't win 31 games.....they went 11-20 last year. They were coached by John Brady who stepped down during the season if I remember correctly.

Ahhh, you are right. I saw the school and assumed he followed Chris Beard to Texas Tech.

I thought the same thing when you first made the comment. :) It still seems to be a decent pick-up at least stat wise. IF he would be coming to OU I think he would be looked at as a great pick-up for what most people have said they were wanting. At this point, it looks like OU will work on some other guys for the 2017 class but you never know until the season starts.
 
TCU lost two players today. Chauncey Collins(6'0 So SG) and Lyrik Shreiner(6'3 Fr G).

Collins is leaving to either play professionally overseas or to transfer to another school. He averaged 12.3 ppg/3.0 rpg/2.0 apg during the 2015-16 season.

Shreiner is transferring he another school. He averaged 1.8 ppg during the 2015-16 season.

If Trent Johnson were still coaching in FTW abd would've been inconsolable with this news.

I wonder what Brady's next job will be. I'm sure he'll get one eventually. It's amazing how often worthless coaches can keep finding new employment.
 
Texas Tech added Florida transfer Brandone Francis-Ramirez(6'5 RS/So SG) today. He will sit out during the 2016-17 season per transfer rules. Averaged 2.0 ppg at Florida during the 2015-16 season. Ranked 19th by 247 Sports, 35th by Rivals, and 35th by ESPN in the class of 2014 high school rankings.
