Yeah we were high on his list before he committed. Very similar to Odomes, seen where ISU may be the team to beat here.
 
Marvin Clark would be a nice fit. Big strong 6-6 kid from Sunrise too. Let him sit a year and keep that connection going with Sunrise..
 
Ohio St mickey mitchell good pals with Austin Grandstaff transferring.
 
Spike Albrecht is transferring from Michigan. He would be a nice back up PG with experience. Wouldn't take scholly away for Trae Young

1) Is Trae Young better?
2) Is it a guarantee we will get Young?
3) Why couldn't we get Young if we got Simon as well? All the other teams he's looking at have Point Guards on their teams.

Simon is also 6'5 and we seem to be doing pretty good with 2 point guards on the floor at the same time right now.

I noticed he had an offer from KU so that's good but I'm hoping he's not another Dinjiyl Walker type player. Even though we need depth, I hope it's better depth than Walker. JMO.

No way he had a KU offer.. he will likely be very similar to walker

I'm with you but I highly doubt that KU offered him a scholarship since they already have 2 upperclassmen Point guards on their team.

He'll be an upgrade from Walker.
