2016 offer Kameron McGusty

Any idea where he's leaning?

It's been assumed its OU vs Texas. He's visiting Texas this weekend but he has already visited OU unofficially. I read where he's also excited about Rick Pitino coming to give him a Louisville offer.

Let's keep our fingers crossed that Shaka doesn't blow him away this weekend.

Florida offered as well. He's gone silent on Twitter about OU.

Someone needs to tweet that AP article about Coach Kruger and the great program he's building to Mr. McGusty.

McGusty is visiting this week. Keep your fingers crossed. Coaches hoping for a
commitment

He visited Texas last weekend but I couldn't find anything about how that visit went. For sure he will have recent comparisons.

Hearing good things now.

There was a recruit at yesterday's practice but don't think it was McGusty. About the same size.

Any info you can share?

I'd just be curious about what the "teams" were if they were running any 5 on 5.

I'm sure the staff is wearing out that subject to mcgusty & everyone else they are competing with Texas for.

Honestly? I would hope not. Negative recruiting is so slimy, and I believe if you have to resort to that, it's because you don't believe enough in your own brand to sell someone on it.

I've always tried to get people to buy into that thinking, whether it's fraternity rush, recruitment for companies, or sports recruiting, just be positive about what you have to offer, sell them on why you are the perfect fit for them, and let them find out that negative info. I hate when I hear teams do that to OU, just reeks of jealousy and low self-esteem.

No it's the competitiveness of recruiting. You really think OU doesn't sell their brand sometimes by discussing problems of other schools that OU doesn't have?
