Sam Duren’s website, OKHoopsReport, has Garrison ranked as the #2 prospect in Oklahoma’s 2023 recruiting class. Here’s a write up on the top targets in that class.

It should also be noted that he plays on the summer circuit for Trae Young Elite.

He said Moser has two scholarships to fill, and some fans will be happy with the additions. He said the names were being passed around “off of the radar.” He didn’t say they were coming out of the transfer portal.

If this guy is legit, it might not be wise to assume two of the three Oklahoma transfers are on their way to Norman.
