I mean 5v12 games are known for a reason. That 3 was huge. Every game in the tournament is huge because it could be their last.

They have the worst spacing I have ever seen. They might be the worst team filled with talent I have ever seen….

It's strange watching a Kansas team that just isn't good. You are right that they have talent. Mayo and Dickerson are talented with other guys but they just don't mesh for whatever reasons. Seems strange to say coaching when Self has such a good resume of having top teams year after year.

It’s hard to craft a good lineup and keep everyone happy. Dickinson and Adams can’t shoot, storr’s shooting is shaky. Dickinson slows them down but if you pair Adams with Flory than they are back to no spacing. Harris is essentially a non-factor on offense. They have a ton of creators but not enough consistent shooting in my opinion.

They aren’t filled with talent. They have at most one NBA player on that team. Don’t get me wrong, they still significantly underachieved and Self absolutely deserves much of the blame for that. For whatever reason, he never could get their pieces to fit, and the portal additions didn’t add nearly as much as expected. Harris and Adams are good college players but aren’t big offensive threats, and Dickinson is a very good offensive player who struggles defensively and is very limited athletically. Either way you slice it, it’s a great day when KU goes out in the first round, and they have now failed to make it out of the first weekend for three straight seasons. And for people who think this board is too tough on Porter, trust me, there are a fair number of KU fans who would like Self to retire … and he won his second natty three years ago!

They don’t have talent? Aj Storr averaged 16 a game on a good Wisconsin team. Dickinson,Adams, and Harris are good college players as you referenced. Flory is a very good freshman and has some nba upside. Zeke Mayo averaged 18,18, and then 14 (he can shoot lights out). Rylan Griffin averaged 11 on a final four Alabama team…. If that’s not talent, then I have 0 idea what is. Not every team is going to have 5 nba guys. But that’s a very solid above average roster….
