He had a good run at the end of the season, but he's not proven he's a good SEC coach yet. Too much inconsistency and bad conference records. Let's see what he can do with a complete roster.

I sort of feel like this was the point from both sides.

Moser claiming he can't win more without better players and needs money to do that.

The other side claiming he can't coach and wants him out.

They come to the agreement that he can have some more money, he put a better roster together with it (on paper) and now it's win bigger or get out.

This is just one piece to a massive puzzle. How many people have dogged on Coach Cal over the past few years at Kentucky and even during this year at Arkansas for doing less with more? Recruiting is crucial, but if it doesn't translate to the court it doesn't mean much.

I'm just as excited as everyone else about the potential of this team, but it is just potential until we see it come together on the court.
