2026 Recruiting Class and Commitments (Bell/Murray/Höllerl signed)

Anyone know the status of Cydnee Bryant?
No news since her top 4 announcement. The fall signing period goes until 11/19…would not surprise me if she waited until the last day….or even choose to wait until spring.

Several top players still haven’t decided and it appears some of them will wait until spring.

By the way if you go to the 1st post in this thread you will find a summary of known official visits and commitments for the 26 class.

Young gun Hollerl fires Austria to famous win

There was a party atmosphere when the buzzer sounded in Vienna as Austria shocked Great Britain by taking a pulsating 85-81 triumph in Group D. The home side made it rain with 12 triples in the contest and were fuelled by an outstanding display from rising star Sina Elke Hollerl.

Highlighted as a young gun to watch coming into the Qualifiers, she lived up to the billing by firing a flurry of downtown scores to register 23 points. was Sigrid Koizar also influential in adding 17 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Having only just appointed Jesper Sundberg to the helm, the playcaller has guided his side to a 2-0 start.

For this tournament all the European teams are playing their best professional players...so Sina is playing vs mostly players that are 5-10 years older than her. Looking at the box score vs Great Britain I recognized some of the names as having been good P4 players over the last few years...encouraging that she will have spent this year facing tougher competition then a typical high school senior.

KU must be spending on NIL. They have no history of being a good program to rely on. JB is doing a good job recruiting but look at the class Texas is pulling in next year. It’s insane.

I read that Addison Bjorn is expected to announce to Texas this week as well as Crittenton, another top 10 in 2026.

I wonder if we are still in on any of the good recruits for this class or if we are done?

We are done JB really needs to focus on the portal to get legitimate height to replace beers and it couldn't hurt to add one or two veteran guards to help replace Verhulst. Still scratching my head as to why she didn't bring in at least one portal player this off season, even if it was just a mid major player that could contribute off the bench..

Lolololol! Getting beat by KU, again. Maybe OU should just pull out of recruiting races KU is involved in, save us the embarrassment.
I mean out of her top 4 schools she had KU does have the better Volleyball program. There’s a reason she only had 4 schools in her top 4 and it wasn’t just because of Basketball, it had a lot to do with Volleyball. She is highly touted in Volleyball as well.
You come on here talking crap on the time. Ima need you to stop whining…

I saw that, but I wonder how she'll play both at the same time. One will undoubtedly suffer, and I imagine she'll have to give one up eventually. Just look at how well it worked out for Alec Blair on the men's team. Hope we can land another post player bc where we are sitting at now we have zero centers going into next season

I think Volleyball is her go to from what I have seen. But things can change once they get into college.

Texas did add Bjorn. They’re going to be difficult to handle for the next few years. Wonder how long Vic has left in him though. JB really needs to stack top 5 or 10 classes to really gain national recognition I feel like. Our class isn’t ranked in the top 20 from what I’ve seen this year.
