7-5 our last 12 games

I know them. I knew they were going to come back tonight. I didn't know if they'd win, but I knew they would claw their way back into it.

We were playing a top 10 team tonight, and they won by a tenth of a second that went off the clock too early. And we've been playing tourney-bound teams, with few exceptions, night in and night out for the past two months.

Almost every game in conference has been a toss-up.

If you don't think there will be more of the same in the tournament, you're fooling yourself.

Yep. One sequence illustrates it perfectly. Play great D - Splanger fights like hell, gets rebound. Chance to ice the game...miss...air ball

I was thinking . Cousins takes tough 3 pter bad look pretty much with shot clock expiring.. swish.

Next play out of a TO... they inbound the ball and get to the rim for an and1... on a single pass

I call them how I see them. Nobody was happier with the way we started the season. But we've now played less than stellar ball for as many games as we played great ball. I'm more inclined to think we'll likely continue playing as we have since January, and not revert back to before then for 4, 5, or even 6 games in a row.

(Nods head in agreement). I get way too wrapped up in these games. Not good for my heart. I want to see them fulfill their potential, but they just don't seem to have "it".

We're playing in the top-ranked conference in the country. Seven of 10 teams will be in the tourney. The other three teams can jump up and bite you at any time. Why in the world would you expect games not to be close most nights?

And yet fully a third of our conference games we won by double digits.

As for more of the same in the tourney, of course I expect that: It's the freaking NCAA Tourney; virtually every team in it is good.

Wow. What a total crock of ****.

Nobody. Nobody saw a comeback outta that group considering the effort they displayed the first 10 minutes of the 2nd half. I'll give them credit where it's due. But that 10 minute stretch was pathetic.

And the clock was accurate. Stop with the clock was wrong crap. You're making us look pathetic...like OsU or something.

Yep. Coinflips!

I expected them to make a run. They did it pretty much every game they lost except the KSU game. If they lose in the NCAA tourney it will be a nail biter like tonight because this team doesn't quit.

Really tough schedule obviously. But it'll be hard to pick OU to win more than one in the tourney, with confidence.

I see one near certain win, then a series of coin-flips starting in the 2nd round.

I see is getting to the Sweet16. Then it's a coin flip. It all comes down to execution and guard play. We have played a gauntlet of a schedule compared to a lot of teams. Whether that will pay off remains to be seen. One thing I do believe. They will be in every game to have a chance to win it. I don't see them getting blown out in the Tourney. My only concern is the guard play hasn't been good for awhile.

I'm going to hold back my predictions until we see our draw.
